About Harrison County Court Docket

Harrison County dockets are divided among county, district, justice, and municipal clerks. Each court sets its own hearings, while official portals expose only the records within their coverage. This private reference site organizes those routes so a visitor can identify the right public office, official search system, address, or telephone number before making a request.

Why We Built This Site

Public access in Texas starts with the custodian. A docket is the court's schedule or its running list of case events, filings, parties, and settings. Harrison County assigns district matters to the District Clerk, county-court matters to the County Clerk, and lower-court files to separate justice or municipal clerks. Odyssey and re:SearchTX add electronic routes, but neither erases those custody lines. The site's purpose is to arrange verified contacts, official portals, number formats, and request steps around that local structure.

What You Will Find Here

  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Texas court, clerk of court, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
